A fine early-mid 19th century house, with earlier fabric to the outbuildings, which retains historic character and features. House remodelled in 1950s. Two-storey, five-bay house with west wing and rear outbuildings (including earlier house).
Timber Doric porch over central doorway. To the rear, various additions and an outbuilding which contains a stone arched doorway - the keystone decorated above a roughly incised 1796. The arch is chamfered with the initials EDP carved on the right shoulder stone. The left shoulder stone is only partly exposed, with letter V visible.
