This mid-19th century rural house retains its exterior historic character and proportions. It contributes to the roadside setting.
Detached, gable to road, on junction. Two-storey three-bay house with lower wings to north and south.
Slate roof with rendered chimneys, with moulded cornices on each gable. Walls render with ashlar effect. Flat roofed porch with columns in front of rendered walls, glazed doorcase.
Boundary wall is rendered with decorative panels, curving in to gate piers and cast iron gate.
