I am researching ancestry of Marie Le Riche who married Jean Falle in St Martin 24/11/1784 (gen 7 on this tree). The marriage record states that she was from St Saviour. According to this tree, she was the daughter of Jean Le Riche and Elizabeth Noel,(baptised St Martin 13 April 1760.) This Marie and her 5 siblings were all born in St Martin, not St Saviour. I think a more likely candidate for the wife of Jean Falle is the daughter of Thomas Le Riche and Jeanne Le Boulanger, baptised St Saviour on Sept 20 1761. Although she and her elder brother Jean were baptised in St Martin, her 4 younger siblings were baptised in St Saviour, so it is reasonable to assume she grew up in St Saviour. Supporting this theory is the fact that Jean Falle's daughter Jeanne (baptised 7 Dec 1788 St Martin) was given as godparents "Jean Le Riche and Jeanne Le Boulanger his mother." If Jeanne le Boulanger were the baby's grandmother this would make sense.

Please does anyone have any evidence to support Jean Falle's wife Marie Le Riche being the daughter of Jean rather than the daughter of Thomas?

Secondly, Elizabeth Gotrel (wife of Jean Falle, gen 6) was buried in St Martin on 14 Jan 1805, where she is stated to be his widow.
