First child of correct couple have Jean LE SUEUR and Anne HUBERT as GPs. Though no relationship described this is very likely to be parents of Charles. Their youngest child has Jean and Jean Jnr LE SUEUR et Marie CABOT as GPs. This fits that they are Grandfather, Uncle and Uncle's Wife.
