Something's not quite right with the section of the tree above. Jerripedia database shows 2 children of George Aubert and Marie Gallie as below:

Baptism St John 15 May 1805 George Aubert Son of George and Marie Gallie

Baptism St John 10 Apr 1807 Charles Aubert Son of George and Marie Gallie

Also, a bucketload of people have Ancestry trees with George Aubert bap 15 May 1805 son of George and Marie Gallie being in Canada with a wife and children and there are loads of descendants there.

George senior b1771 could not have died in 1804 if he had 2 children in 1805 and 1807. The burial of the George 1804 is more likely to be a child of George born to the marriage who didn't survive in time to be baptised.

There is a potential burial for George snr in Dec 1830 St John.
