Generation 9 - John Filleul TOUZEL mge and children are wrong. John died aged 10mths. This family is also duplicated in Generation 9 - just above with John Francis TOUZEL - which is the correct marriage. Happy to amend if you wish.

Gen 4 mge Jean to Elizabeth Falle query

I am not 100% sure but I think this marriage may be a generation later. I have a note that Jean bapt 1668 appears to have died young or without issue.

Samedi extracts: 96:92 Sep 1739 - Mr Jean TOUZEL presump. heir Mr Henry TOUZEL son of Henry TOUZEL and Mse Marie DU PARCQ widow of the said Henry TOUZEL Snr, Mse Elizabeth NICOLLE widow of the said Henry TOUZEL etc....

They had a daughter Susanne bapt Jan 1739/40 and buried April 1740. I have burial for Henry Jnr as Jun 1739.

96:151 19 Jun 1742 - Mr Jean TOUZEL heir to the estate of Mse Susanne TOUZEL daughter and sole heir of Mr Henry TOUZEL and Mse Elizabeth NICOLLE, widow fo the said Henry

and 96:232 refers to Philippe LE CORNU formerly guardian of Susanne, daughter and sole heir...

I wonder if the inferred marriage of Elizabeth to a 'unknown' PAYN may refer to the wrong Elizabeth? Though she could well have married prior to c1707 TO Philippe FALLE I cannot find any proof of this, so far.

I wonder if the Elizabeth md to Jourdain PAYN is the right Elizabeth? While it doesn't fit with the entry ex Extente, this may be because there is a generation missing in the description below?
