My understanding is that Jacques MALLET (gen#1) is of St Martin. Eldest son Jean married to Jeanne CORNET and 'of Faldouet' The following note confirms the line?:

There were two Marie Mallets, daughters of Jean, in the first decade of the 17th century. This Marie, baptised 1600, is identified by Michel Mallet as a Godfather and is described in a deed dated 1 May 1629 [Registre Public 8/217 -1629) as 'Marie Mallet fille Jean fils Jacques et de Jeanne Cornet sa femme, fille Jean, ledit Marie femme de Pierre Bree fils Edouard'. I think this tree has the wrong line extending from Jacques and Jaquette, if the above research is anything to go by.
