Generation 9: No marriage has yet been found for Jean Seale and a Jane (Jeanne) Anthoine, such as that published in An Armorial of Jersey. There is, however, one Anthoine match for a Jean Seale, but it would read:

Generation "9 Jean Seale (1668- ) m (?1678, St B) Elizabeth Anthoine, daughter of Jean" with the groom aged 10! The identity of Elizabeth`s husband is uncertain.

Jane`s marriage may be among those the rector or his clerk simply forgot to enter in the register.
