Both Messervy, in his Genealogy of the Clement and Le Feuvre Families (1920), and the anonymous author of the early 20th century genealogy of the Le Feuvre family at La Sociét Jersiaise, have Matthieu Le Feuvre`s 1st wife as being Elizabeth de la Haule daughter of Guillaume

5 Jean Le Feuvre (1614- ) [11] m (1643, St O) Sara Le Brocq

I believe the above couple had a daughter Sara, though no baptism found. It should be noted there is a large-ish gap between their marriage in 1643 to possibly the first registered child/daughter in 1650? There are two marriages - Nicolas LE MONTAIS to Sara LE FEUVRE in 1656 and another approximately a generation later. The only child of the first mge, Nicolas 1657, has Jean LE FEUVRE, Snr and Susanne fe Andre GASNIER as GPs. I am wondering if this Sara is sister of Jean in headline? The next mge Nicolas LE MONTAIS to Sara LE FEUVRE is 1678 (believe him to be the son of the first couple, ie first cousins). Their first child, Sara, was bapt 1679 - GP's were Jean LE FEUVRE, Grandpere et Sara LE BROCQ, Grandmere. Just to add to the LE FEUVRE headache - I believe this Sara LE MONTAIS md in 1701 to a Jean LE FEUVRE!!! I also noted that Pierre fs Jean LE FEUVRE & Sara LE BROCQ has Nicolas LE FEUVRE and Susanne fe de feu Andre GASNIER.
