In 1799 the house of Hugh de Gruchy passed by inheritance to Jean Cabot husband of Marie de Gruchy, who was Hugh's daughter and main heir. Contract 93/196 gives a description of the surrounding land including La Tête des Hougues and the Clos des Hougues (JB).
