I have the deed of sale of Sion House dated September 1873 Elias Neel to Nicholas Joseph Vivian this Vivian was already a tenant of the porticoed portion of the house. William Cooke married Jane Neel who was Elias Neel's Granddaughter they continued to live in the Westerly portion of the house as tenants. On Nicholas Joseph Vivian's death (April 1889) the house was left to the son of William and Jane Cooke my great grandfather Percy Vivian Cooke
