Presumably Symon Snr was Constable of St John - but 75yrs before son born?

I know that Simon fs Simon was married to Anne BLAMPIED in 1614 which fits with 1597 baptism. I can only find 5 issue baptised and the GPs are heavily slanted to the BLAMPIED side of the family giving no obvious clues.
