Daniel Bisson and Esther Marche are my GGGG Grandparents on the Bisson side. The following entry of: 25 Jun 1731 Esther daughter of Jean and Esther Le Mottee is an estimated date and is highly unlikely. If you consider that all her siblings were baptised 1754 to 1763 as below,

01 Jan 1754 Jeanne daughter of Jean and Esther Le Mottee; 29 Jun 1755 Susanne daughter of Jean and Esther Le Mottee; 19 Dec 1756 Jeanne daughter of Josue and Jeanne Le Mottee; 24 Apr 1761 Jean son of Jean and Esther Le Mottee; 06 Mar 1763 Marie daughter of Jean and Esther Le Mottee;

It would be extremely likely she was bap. June 25, 1751 which would make the birth of her children a lot more convincing. She had her last child in 1795.
