Early 19th century single storey cottage, retaining some original historic features and contributing to streetscape character. Previously known as Le Coin Cottage.
Five-bay cottage, with lean-to extensions on both gables. Pitched roof with dressed granite chimneys with thatch stones on gables, stone copings, three dormers on south.
