The Le Moignan family still owned the property in 1943, when Wilberforce submitted an Agricultural War Claim.

An exuberant late Victorian Gothic style house retaining character and features. Victorian Gothic style house, two-storey, three-bay with attic, with two-storey, single bay wing to east. Outbuildings to east and north. To the rear, a range of granite rubble outbuildings with fine dressed quoins including archway with keystone dated 1890

- ↑ The stone is interpreted in the datestone register as having 'An' before Eliza, but it is much more likely to be 'A' because Philip's wife was Alice Eliza, nee Godel.
