The church of St Martin de Gouey, where members of the Le Blond family would have worshipped and married. Gouey has now been absorbed into the port town of Portbail

All baptisms and marriages in Gouey, unless otherwise stated.

Although six of the eight children of Georges and Jeanne Marie Le Monnier, at generation 6, are shown as born in Jersey, none appear in the St Peter baptism register. It is possible that the first seven were born in France and came to Jersey with their parents, or that they were born in Jersey but not baptised in an Anglican church. Only the last, Emelie, was born after the start in 1942 of the parish birth register, in which she appears
