This mid-19th century farmhouse retains its exterior historic character. Main house with north stables/outbuildings and south outbuildings.

Main house: 2 storey 4 bay. Front (east) elevation: slate roof with stone chimneys. Rough dressed stone construction with date 1844 and rough dressed stone openings. Original 12 pane (6/6) timber windows without horns and a timber door with glazed overlight.

Rear (west) elevation: slate roof with tilt-lights. Squared stone construction with rough dressed openings. Large 20th century timber conservatory. North stable/outbuildings: single storey, 5 bay. Front (east) elevation: slate roof with cat-slide dormers and a brick bell canopy. Squared stone construction with nesting ledges and rough dressed openings.

Rear (west) elevation: matching but with 7 bays.

South outbuildings: comprising 2 attached-units (south outbuildings were renovated in recent years and turned into holiday accommodation, this necessitated the complete rebuilding of half of the structure). Single storey, 5 bay. Front (north) elevation: slate roof with 2 modern traditional-style dormers, tilt-light, and a stone chimney. Random stone construction with brick and dressed-stone openings.

Rear (south) elevation: matching.
