Farm group retaining historic character and features. Outbuildings mainly 18th century origins and include former house. Later 19th century house added. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Four-bay, two-storey house, cowshed to west, two-bay, two-storey dower wing beyond that on the west. Single storey extension to the rear. Farm buildings to the east. 19th century house on west with new rear extension.

Notes and references

  1. The datestone register gives the wife's name as Renouf, but the 14 December 1791 record of the St Helier wedding shows her as Romeril, which matches the initials RR. The datestone register wrongly shows this wedding in February
