Milestones and parish boundary stones

Most of Jersey's main roads have milestones which record the distance from the centre of the Royal Square. There are also a number of stones marking the boundary between parishes. Because Jersey is only approximately 9 miles wide and 5 miles from north to south, the scope for milestones is very limited.
