A mid-19th century detached villa [1] retaining original features and contributing to streetscape character. Square shape three-bay, two-storey detached villa, lean-to green house and outbuilding on the south side.

- ↑ We are not clear what constitutes a 'villa' in the planners' minds rather than a house. They seem to use the term for any 19th century country house which is not a traditional Jersey farmhouse, nor as grand as a 'cod house'.
