Listed building
An imposing building of circa 1860s retaining some good original exterior features and character.
Three-storey (plus attic), four-bay town house. Slate roof set back behind moulded cornice and shallow parapet; with rendered end stacks. Cast iron hopper head and downpipes above ground floor. Walls rendered in ashlar effect with rusticated quoins on west, stepped voussoirs and vermiculated keystones. The rear elevation has been extended and modernised including re-rendering.
