Listed building

Part of a well-preserved group of circa 1850 buildings. Contributes to streetscape character.

Mid terrace set back. Two-bay, two-storey with basement. Slate roof with two small box dormers. Front elevation: Stucco ashlar effect. Windows are two-pane timber sash with rounded top corners. Shares three-column porch with No 41 with Ionic order columns and dentilled cornice. Terrace uses same idiom of linked porches of three columns and three responding pilasters: Nos 43-45 are Doric, 39-41 are Ionic. Steps down to basement with iron railings. Rendered boundary wall, granite copings, iron railings and gate.
