Listed building

Part of a well-preserved group of circa 1850 buildings. Contributes to streetscape character. Interior characteristics maintained.

Mid-terrace set back. Two-bay, two-storey with basement. Slate roof with small box dormer, rendered chimney. Front elevation: Stucco. Windows are two-pane timber sash with rounded top corners. Shares three-column porch with No 39 with Ionic order columns and dentilled cornice. Door is four-panel, the top two glazed with single pane overlight. Rendered boundary wall, granite copings, iron railings and gate.
