- Stanley de Beaudenis Syvret (1891-1918) son of Albert de Beaudenis Syvret and Amy Louise, nee Torode, of St Lawrence, Lieutenant, Royal Scots Fusiliers, died of wounds
- Adolphus Clifford Syvret (1900- ) (Tr) ex-Militia, Air Mechanic RNAS and RAF. Born in Trinity in 1900 he was the son of Adolphus Edward Syvret and Ada Susan, nee Mourant. He lied about his age to join up. After the war he returned to Jersey where he married Emma Maud (May) Vibert. He died in 1983
